Returns & Refund Policy

 

Effective June 18, 2025, applicable to all purchases made on globalgates.shop, operated by Tawakal Fashion, LLC.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date (based on tracking information). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order ID or confirmation email, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Custom-printed or personalized apparel

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” at checkout

Reasons for Returns

You may return items for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects such as misaligned prints, stitching errors, or flawed materials

  • Incorrect item, size, or color received

  • Items damaged in transit (report damages within 7 days of delivery with clear photos)

  • Buyer’s remorse or size preference (provided eligibility conditions are met)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage in transit, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at no cost to you.

  • For returns due to customer preference or size issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs using any trackable shipping carrier. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Always retain your return tracking number. We may decline returns without tracking proof if the package is lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email contact@globalgates.shop with the subject “Return Request – Order #[your order number].”

  • Our team will respond within 12 business hours, providing you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions.

  • Pack the item securely, clearly mark the provided RMA number on the return label, and ship the item via the agreed carrier.

  • Once the item is received, it undergoes inspection within 1–2 business days.

  • Upon approval, we automatically process your refund and confirm via email.

Shipments without an RMA number may experience delays in processing.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Funds leave our account within 5 business days of approval. Please note, your financial institution or payment processor may require an additional 1–3 business days to post the refund.

Original shipping charges will only be refunded in cases of our error, defective products, or damages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send 2–3 clear photographs showing the issue and packaging to contact@globalgates.shop. We will expedite either a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Exchanges (U.S. Only)

For a different size or color, please submit a return request as described above, clearly specifying your desired replacement. To expedite the process, we recommend placing a new order immediately after your refund is processed.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours after purchase or until production begins, whichever comes first. After this period, orders are locked for production and cannot be canceled or changed.
